FOUND: Home

 Cozy, made just for you

Warm and inviting at the end of the day

Safe and sacred, peaceful and calm

Your place to heal, and learn, and play!

I move into my house in February and I recently finished un-burying my living/bed room.   I can't express the joy at having home again.  Even more, having home in a way that feels so much more mine, more "right" than the place I moved from.  I am truly blessed and I get to live in a beautiful reminder of that.

OF all the educated people I've met at Northville Library, you have impressed me the most! When we re-instate our Family/Friends Literary Guild, you will be totally invited to participate....you are a FIND!!

  7. I'm so glad to hear you are feeling settled in and feel a sense of "sanctuary" in your space. This is so important in our endeavors to match our surroundings as peaceful to our inner efforts at peace. Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

  8. Thank you. I have found that it's very hard to find inner peace when our surroundings are in chaos. In a world that feels more and more chaotic each day, having a sanctuary to come home to is increasingly important. I hope you have a great weekend too!

  9. That was very sweet. You have to have more than one bookcase, though, right?

  10. Sadly, no. Wait, Celeste has one in her room and I just found a small one, four shelves. That's all that will fit in my tiny house. I gave up a whole room and probably 30% of my space. So worth it! Wait till I post some pics of my backyard! I do, obviously, have a 10 x 5 storage full of books. Story of my life, I guess. One day I will have a big house and it will have a library in it!
